Position title: Senior (Head) counselor
Responsible to: Program Associate for Camps and the Committee on Camping for the Presbytery of South Dakota.
Length of position: 8 weeks, beginning early June and ending early August. Camp will begin with a week of staff training and finish with camp clean-up and camp banquet/appreciation dinner.

Responsible to: Program Associate for Camps and the Committee on Camping for the Presbytery of South Dakota.
Length of position: 8 weeks preferably, length of time is negotiable. One week can be negotiated during the summer, given for high school camp or tri-ennium. This period will begin in early June with staff training, and end in late July with camp cleanup and a staff banquet/appreciation dinner.
Position title: Counselor In Training (CIT)
Spend a week and a half learning the ?ins and outs? of being a counselor. The first part of your camp session will be learning how to lead activities, how to lead devotions, how to lead a game, and the characteristics of a strong counselor. Learning will be done through discussion and small group work, with a focus on the team approach. The second part of the session will be spent learning alongside the counselors during our elementary Primary camp for 3rd-5th graders. You?ll first shadow counselors, then assist, and eventually lead devotions, games, crafts and other activities.
